ROKS Maritime Inc is a Ship Management Company, focusing in Tankers and Bulkers management. Established in 2020 and situated in a four floors building in the North of Athens, Greece.

ROKS Maritime Inc is offering to the Ship Owners, Ship Managers and the Charterers an integrated scope of customer tailor made services comprising:

A dynamic, flexible and mixed skills team of about 40 highly qualified staff runs the diversified Company’s Operations committed to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Excellence, to the ultimate satisfaction of the Customers and in line with an efficient and fully certified management system, as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 standards, ISM and ISPS Codes and MLC.

Roxana-Kristen Crewing Services (RoKcs) was established in Vladivostok in January 2008 to provide manning services to ROKS Maritime Inc in Vladivostok. RoKcs focuses in:

• the selection, recruitment, familiarization prior embarkation, briefing-debriefing and training of tankers and bulkers pool of seafarers.
• the selection, recruitment and enhanced training of cadets to meet the challenges of the present market.

Technical Management covers a comprehensive list of services that are aimed at our clients’ ship’ requirements to operate efficiently in this increasingly regulated industry, as well as preserve the value of their assets. Value is added by a well maintained fleet through proper monitoring and implementation of a combined preventive and condition based maintenance scheme, within the budget provided. We believe that with the proper maintenance and attendance the costs of running the ships at a high standard can be significantly reduced, safety pays.

ROKS maintains in-house insurance and claims services for its clients located at our offices in Athens. Depending on our clients’ requirements we can arrange on their behalf placement of cover for all major insurance (H&M, P&I, FD&D etc.) and also offer a specialized consultation for other niche covers tailor-made to our clients’ trading requirements.

ROKS, in conjunction with our clients’ insurers, will process and handle all types of claims and disputes on behalf of our clients ranging from straightforward charter party disputes (off-hire, performance etc.) to P&I (Crew Claims, Cargo Claims etc.) and any other major claims.

Our highly skilled executives are experts in all aspects of this volatile shipping market. With a deep knowledge of the variety of shipping contracts available to our clients, ranging from time charters and voyage charters to more sophisticated bareboat charters and COA’s, and a vast network of major ship broking firms and Charterers, we offer the best choice for the gainful employment of our clients’ ships and we strive to maximize the return on their investments.
